This sheet is a plan that considers whether only 2014 or 2013 e-mails are to be included or other, earlier years e.g. 2009. Result: not easy to decide because it will be an arduous task to go further back in the Dr Umar Azam Archive without help from family or any hired staff.

A sheet that plans that these sheets of planning should be scanned and included in the new Outgoing E-mails Site! Also, whether to have a contents list for each file was considered here but was rejected so that the Correspondence can be spontaneous, unexpected and 'flow' without classification. Certain e-mail addresses of correspondents will not be deleted to emphasise the authenticity of the Correspondence.

This sheet plans the widgets to be put on the Home Page of this Site. Colour line divider is considered to separate the Widgets and Files, to add beauty to the Site. Flash Vortex Grid of my 26 Sites to be put on. Need to check my other Sites to see which Widgets I have used to enhance those Sites. Again, a note to scan pages to publish rough working out for this Site.

Another list of Internet Directories and Search Engines obtained from Google search for two of my other Sites: http://allah-azawajal.weebly.com and http://powerofdurood.weebly.com At the bottom of the sheet are reminders to promote this Site to contacts stored in my various e-mail addresses, to contact those Internet Directories and Search Engines not yet contacted, to submit the URLs of all 26 of my Websites in addition and, finally, to print out entries - new and not printed out before - in the Google search results for Dr Umar Azam and Dr Umar Elahi Azam (including my middle name).

Plans to promote and publicise this Outgoing E-Mails Site to: Islamic ranking websites; University Islamic Societies worldwide; apply for website awards if possible; Islamic search engines e.g. IslamCan.com; Search Engines such as Google, Yahoo!, MSN, Lycos etc. (also notify these about this particular Images page); Private Islamic Day and Boarding schools; Religious Studies departments of Universities worldwide; Mosques and Islamic Cultural Centres worldwide; Yahoogroups postings; Islamic Internet Forums such as Ya Nabi; Islamic Newspapers and Magazines worldwide; the Guestbooks of other Islamic Websites; Islamic Organisations and Associations such as the Muslim Association of Britain.
